HEY, lovely!

Guess what? Today is my one year blogiversary, which means that One in a Million has officially existed for one whole year. That’s 365 days, btw.

HOLY MOLY I can’t believe it! This has been such a dramatic, exhausting, completely exhilarating ride for me and for you and…
I’ve loved every moment of it.

Before we get on to the post, I’d like to thank you, my friend, for joining me on this ride, whether you’ve been here from the days when I never posted at all- good times, good times- or just clicked the follow button yesterday night.

But now, I don’t think anyone wants me to write a whole post thanking my friends and the people who have made this blog special (unless you do?? WELL I suppose your name must be El) especially since… I’ve already done it. Twice. So I have some ACTUAL content here which is mostly just instructions for you ahaha and let’s just hope I don’t bore you to death.

Your assumptions about me~

OK, maybe this sort of post is ~slightly~ overdone and ~ever so slightly~ cliched, but it’s also super fun to write, to read, and to participate in, so here we go!
Instructions: Comment below as many assumptions about me as you would like! These can be about my personality, quirks, hobbies, Hogwarts houses, this blog, my outside life, whether I’m a gemini or a scorpio or a pisces *GUESS IN THE COMMENTS I DARE YOU TO* and even my appearance (gosh I’ll regret this later, won’t I). I’m sure everyone thinks something or the other about a blogger when they read their content, so here’s my chance to find out! My only request: please keep the assumptions friendly and non-offensive, because this is a fun post and not a discussion post- if you want one of those, be my guest and check my other posts out. BUT NOT HERE!

I hope that incoherent paragraph made sense to you, and if it did, GO COMMENT! I’m actually super excited and curious to see what your smart little brains will come up with, and I promise you this is not gonna be good this is not gonna be good this is not gonna be good that I’ll get the answering post out sooner than the two Q&As I did. Which isn’t really saying much since they came out very-very-late™ but still, a promise is most given when the least is said, right? Right. Like I even know what that means.

But that aside, I’m eagerly awaiting your responses, and while I twitch with excitement I’ll spare you from further imagery I have a Very Important Announcement™ to make, and like I said, it’s VERY important.

I’m starting a new blog.

Ok, before you start freaking out- I’m not abandoning you, don’t worry– but I am, like I wrote, starting a new blog.

Perhaps you’re thinking, Well, what else could you possibly have in mind? What’s the point? and to that I tell you, to put a smile on another person’s face. Ok, that was a tad bit corny, but I promise you that it gets better! This is a fantasy blog called The Diamond Village and it’s a collaboration with some of my dearest blogging friends!

It brings a combination of adorable and lovable characters (the quiet pond inspired!), a slight plot arc (whoaaa innovative) and, of course, all sorts of posts sure to please the pickiest reader 🙂 So far we have several co-bloggers and a designer (who are they?? well, there will be a grand reveal soon, so you have to wait for that!), and I’m hoping to have more creative minds working with me!

The blog will launch sometime in late November, so be on the look-out for that! I’m attaching a Google Form link, so if you’d like to participate in the blog tour, fill in the information and we’ll get back to you! This form will only be applicable until November 1st.

Ok, so this post was a little bit more than I expected it to be. But I hope that’s ok, because I’m so excited!

I mean, it’s been a year, y’all. That’s a cause for celebration.
