Hey, life’s not bad! I made some supah-dupah awesome new friends, and as much as it pains me, I’m dividing my time so I don’t always spend time with my usual gang *sighs* but I’m always with friends!!
The thing is, Instagram has definitely been tiring me out, so I… deleted it from my phone. Whoopssss *shrugs* sorry-not-sorry. My personal account was put on hold, and even my bookstagram hasn’t been updated in a long while. I’m glad I made that decision so I can focus more on things that bring me happiness and more long-term success than stalking insta pages of beautiful people, books, and memes XD
This month, I have a music performance coming up #totallynotstressing so wish me luck! And UGH my English class is asdfghjk because my teacher is making us annotate a hundred pages in four days and four hundred (!!) pages in three weeks so ASDFGHJK.
As you might be able to tell, I really hate this project.
So, I’ve been thinking of doing Blogmas this year, but I’m not Christian and don’t necessarily celebrate Christmas super elaborately- it’s just a festive season and I hang with friends or travel… so what do you think? Can I still do Blogmas? I really want to try posting everyday though!!
ALSO THIS IS MONTH IS MY BLOGIVERSARY AHHH yay!! <3333 so excited!!

yayayay for magnus chase! i’ll always be happy to see people reading this series. i want to re-read it so bad, but i’ve been putting it off, because i want to take my time and re-read all three books back to back. i’ll probably do that over summer (which is december in this hemisphere).
i’ve read one of us is lying as well and it was interesting to say the least. i sort of predicted the ending, which made things less exciting, and i do think some of the mental health issues were poorly acknowledged, but i do remember flying through it and finishing it in almost one sitting!
and another yay for making new friends & staying away from social media! even though it was a 2019 goal of mine to spend less time on my phone, i’ve been failing miserably at it for the past few months. but i’m glad to hear this decision has made you feel lighter and happier about yourself. it’s sort of weird the power social media can have over our lives sometimes.
i’d personally love to try out blogmas! since christmas is literally my least favorite time of the year (i’m such a grinch), i think it would be a lovely way to keep me positive. i’m sure it would be hard to come up with 25 different post ideas though, hahah. but i encourage you to do it if you think it’s a good idea!

yesssss! I’ve always been a HoO stan haha but I’m also a Magnus Chase die-hard fan and I FORGOT HOW GOOD IT IS AHHH and now my third grade brother is reading it!! I’m so happy I can introduce him to the LGBTQ+ community befor he gets corrupted by social media and dumb homophobes :0 yes, do re-read it!! it’s totally worth it, although you already know that hehe ❤

I feel like Christmas is always a time with a lot of expectations, but it’s never really that good, hahah. We don’t have a lot of traditional foods in Brazil that I enjoy for this time of the year, plus it’s summer here, so let’s just say it’s a combination of a lot of things I don’t like.
And that’s kinda true; I watched The Grinch last year and I just thought he was the cutest, hahah.
