สวัสดีครับ, ladybugs, jellybeans, and everyone else!
(hey Thai, anyone?)
This is the April edition of my poems 🙂
When I look out the windows, what do I see?
I see the cows and the cats
and the grass and the farm.
I see the leaves swaying, flowers glowing
and the mountain looming above.
The blue skies with the green trees
and in the night, I see the brilliant white moon
with a sprinkle of bright stars overhead.
I see the oranges and purples of the sky above
slowly become a soft navy bed.
With all this beauty around us, I ask you:
What more do we need?
This time I only have one poem, but it’s a bit longer than usual. I thought about my actual window when I wrote this. And yes, there really are cows visible! No, I don’t live on a farm 😉 And Vaishnavi, if you happen to read this: I officially like the name Jefferson the cow!
Everyone~ One in a Million has officially reached 30 followers! I’m so happy and so excited. I can’t wait to see where this blog will take us. If you have any questions or requests for something you’d like to see, I’d love to do all of them!
P.S. I’m sorry that I’m only posting this on the first of May! Hehe, I just never got around to it! I guess for once I have more post ideas than I can manage to even post!
Nice poetry! 🙂
